The fees for the academic year 2004 - 2005 are as follows and cover 40 weeks, ensuring that students have continued access to their rooms during Christmas and Easter holidays.

Deposit £200 refundable at the end of the tenancy agreement (less deductions for breakages/damage as described in the tenancy agreement)


Catered - £ 3950
