Applications will be accepted from Monday 19th July. There will no priority and all applications will be dealt with strictly in order of receipt. King David apartments are available to all prospective and current students of Leeds University and Leeds Metropolitan University. Where no preference is indicated, students will be allocated a room in separate male or female apartments. If students would like to apply as a group (including a male and female mixed apartment), this will be accommodated where possible.

Upon our receipt of your application form and deposit, we will consider your application, and if successful we will send out an offer of accommodation for the forthcoming academic year. Included with your offer letter will be an accommodation handbook and tenancy agreement for the forthcoming year. To accept your offer you must read and sign both the resident's code of conduct and the tenancy agreement.

For those students that are holding conditional offers at either University, in the event of students being unable to take up their University offer the deposit will be returned in full.
